The pool/lanai faces south and offers sunbathers ideal conditions to work on their desired tropical tan as well as admire the colorful Florida sunsets.

The electric-heated, SALTWATER pool ensures that you can enjoy your time in the sun, no matter the temperature. Enjoy your meals outside at the dining area with room for eight while cooking on the grill . You can always head down to the dock to try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunsets. This Villa is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants, some even within walking distance.
