This 2000 SF home has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all.  If one group chooses to watch a movie on Netflix TV in the den, another group can converse or read in the living room.

 

The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed, attached bathroom and gorgeous views of the water.  On the other side of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, each with their own TVs and bathroom in the hall between the bedrooms

 

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation.  The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
