Vacation in this very rare find- a beautiful, modern waterfront home with long water views!  Southern facing lanai, so the pool is always in the sun and the lanai catches both sunrise and sunset colors.  The living room has sliding doors that open widely for an indoor-outdoor  experience with breathtaking views all the way down the canal. 

Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 10.  The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed, and private bath with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks.  On the other side of the home are 3 guest bedrooms, (two of the bedrooms have their own TVs) and another bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom /guest suite /office has a sofa sleeper and a private bathroom with a shower. The guest suite is the perfect place for a remote office, complete with desk.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
